Shipping Policy

Processing Time All orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment confirmation. Orders are not processed or shipped on weekends or public holidays.

Delivery Timeframes We currently ship to South Africa only. Once your order has been dispatched, please allow 10 to 15 working days or 2–6 weeks for delivery. Delivery times may vary depending on your location and customs processing.

Order Tracking Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email with your tracking number. You can use this to track your order online. Please allow 3–5 business days for tracking information to update after dispatch.

Customs & Duties Orders shipped to South Africa may be subject to customs duties or import taxes. These charges are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in the product price or shipping cost.

Delays Occasionally, deliveries may be delayed due to customs processing, high demand periods, or circumstances beyond our control. If your order has not arrived within 6 weeks of dispatch, please contact us and we will investigate.
